I'm having trouble getting this thing built, and I used to think it was
only a problem with MacOSX, but now, its doing the same thing with
Debian Linux.
Here's the last error I got when running ./configure :
> checking for libxml-2.0 >= 2.6.0... Package libxml-2.0 was not found

I checked on the debian system and its got libxml2 version 2.6.11,
which is more than current enough.
There aren't any special variables set, but the above libraries are
located in /usr/lib, which should be a very standard place to be.
What am I doing wrong here? Rlib looks like a great library, but if it
doesn't compile, there's not much more to be done.
Alternatively, I'd love to see a set of binaries for both MacOSX and
Debian linux.
