[Rlib-users] Noob question

Just learned of RLIB a few days ago and trying to learn about it. But I have 
one question ...

     Has no-one packaged it into a Windows installer?

After perusing the 100+ lines of instruction for compiling on Windows, I'm 
pretty sure there is no way I would ever get through it without hitting 
showstopper problems (been there, done that) and this is if I could set aside a 
full work day to make the attempt (I can't). Surely having it available as a 
binary would give it wider exposure.

Any help?
