[Rlib-users] Forcing the Euro symbol

How can I force the Euro symbol to appear without changing localization? =
US-ASCII should have the symbol, but I can't find a reliable way to =
force it to appear.

In short, I'd like format string like: format=3D"'EUR%10.2f'"
