[Rlib-users] Calling all documentation volunteers

In order to improve the RLIB Documentation I'm going to move it to a
wiki where selected people can edit it/improve it.

Right now I have set up a wiki (Media Wiki) where the documentation will
be.  It's very easy to edit it.
