[Rlib-users] RLIB 1.2.1 Test Please

All,

I have a RLIB 1.2.1 test for everyone.  It fixes a lot of the problems
that have been reported, plus some we discovered on our own.

It also adds support for a PHP Array data source.

Can everyone try to download it and give it ago to make sure we didn't
break anything before I roll an official release
