Aulia and Jesus, Unfortunately, we really don't know how to do it step by step. Rlib has never been made to run on Windows. I suspect that getting it to work will take some time and effort even for a developer experienced in Windows development. Perhaps there is an rlib-user somewhere who can/will do the port to Windows.
