[Rlib-devel] window dll

Hi all,

I am trying to make rlib work on windows with php binding and postgres. I
suceeded to compile it on cygwin. I got a rlib.la and rlib.a as well as the
postgres input libraries.

I dont know how to make it work with Apache. =BFDo I need to create a dll?=
=BFHow
can I do this?

I did not find any instructions in the archive :-(
