[Rlib-devel] Buglet in detail layout on first page

Hello,
	I just noticed an off-by-one issue with detail rows on
the first page of a report.  It is overwriting the first part
of the page footer before breaking.

I may get time to look into it later this weekend but I've got
a lot of other fires to fix first.
