i've read in the german wikipedia that rkward is avalible in german. is it true? if its true, where i can get german rkward or is it an configuration thing?
Well, that's correct, although probably "partial" would be a better description. Currently, a lot of the messages shown can not be translated, yet, and hence many strings will continue to show up in English.
The German translation should be installed with RKWard. If you have your KDE configured to German language, RKWard should also start in German language, automatically. If not, or you are not running a KDE session, try starting RKWard with
KDE_LANG=de rkward
in a console.
