Newer version of cryptsetup will add a file called: /sbin/.cryptsetup.hmac

This is for example the case on CentOS 6:

# rpm -qa rkhunter
rkhunter-1.3.8-2.el6.noarch
# rpm -qa cryptsetup-luks
cryptsetup-luks-1.2.0-6.el6.x86_64
# rpm -qf /sbin/.cryptsetup.hmac
cryptsetup-luks-1.2.0-6.el6.x86_64

Therefor this HIDDENFILE should be added to the whitelist: http://git.puppet.immerda.ch/?p=module-rkhunter.git;a=commitdiff;h=54df6cb1fb2c9ed515eaf7abc5cc1959ee1c0044

Whitelist options are there for the user to use if they wish. We tend not to whitelist things in the distribution for the simple fact that different users will want different things whitelisted.
