Comment can link to bookmarks, which you have to insert in the text, or images (see more on that below).

Need to scroll wiki text to align with comments.

Images

More work has to be done to extend elrte editor. When you add images

1. Include styling for imageedit script:
   Advanced -> CSS Class as 'imageedit'

This will enable imgAreaSelect to work on images

1. Add an id matching the image file name:
   Advanced -> ID as filname(without type ending eg .jpg as a concession to windows users)

This will improve commenting tools finding the image you are referring to.
