Webmill portal v5.5.4 released.
This release is bug fix.
Portlet container switched to JAXB and no more used commons-logging. As a result resolved issue with class loading in Tomcat (ASF Bugzilla Bug 36204, http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=36204 ).
Added prototype of 'Webclip' portlet.
