User Reviews

  • Full disclosure, I haven't actually tried this project, but I did want to say to "NOUSERNAME" who left a review: If you haven't used Rivendell before, it takes over the audio from the computer so that nothing but output from its logs makes sounds. So, try setting up a log to play and then see if it actually isn't outputting sound. But if that is what you were doing and still no sound, then, yeah, probably messed up.
  • After downloading this, It would run, but no audio. After a long update (apt-get update/upgrade) and installing VLC, I can get Rivendell to output audio on the HDMI connection, but not the USB audio device. Running rdalsconfig in a terminal gives the GUI, and it shows both HDMI and the USB adapter, but no audio on the USB. VLC plays audio from both. Anybody have an idea what I can do?
