I guess installation would ne much easier if the line in installation which looks like below

jre -cp RISO -Djava.rmi.server.codebase=http://civil.colorado.edu/~dodier/java/ RemoteApp -c riso.belief_nets.BeliefNetworkContext -a -c my-context

is changed to something like

jre -cp RISO -Djava.rmi.server.codebase=http://civil.colorado.edu/~dodier/java/ riso.general.RemoteApp -c riso.belief_nets.BeliefNetworkContext -a -c my-context
