ID_GD_D.class removed from
~/public_html/java/riso/distributions
/computes_lambda_message, and ID_GD_D.java removed from
~/riso/distributions/computes_lambda_message . However, I
need somehow fix RCS so that ID_GD_D.java doesn't get
checked out again.
