[Riscosnet-users] CVS repository hostname changed

Due to Sourceforge's CVS problems over the past six weeks or so, they now
have new servers. One of the effects is that the CVS repository's hostname
has been changed.

Instead of cvs.sourceforge.net, it's now riscosnet.cvs.sourceforge.net.

(All other SF projects are similarly affected.)
