At this point and time, there is no documentation available for videotransfer or recording. The only resources in discord documentation is about voicechat.

Then again, we could figure out something more creative. make the bot send a signal to external server/client and have it open the browser to specific channel and record stream from browser (thinking outside of the box now) but fir now i'd mark this ticket as low priority.
