#56 Does not handle kanji in song titles

Case in point: I was ripping this cd:

and entered the titles in ripperx.

I ended up with these names instead of the proper ones:

01 - a-a4a<aa-a3a4a.mp3
02 - 21a.c.araYcSaare4a<e-aea.mp3
03 - aYa4.mp3
04 - aarara.mp3
05 - outdoors.mp3
06 - a?a4aaa<.mp3
07 - exotic penguin steps (intro).mp3
08 - exotic penguin night.mp3
09 - aoSae>araoa<.mp3
10 - aa-aa7.mp3
11 - (I found it) Back Beard.mp3
12 - aoaei.mp3

ripperx 2.7.3 on Ubuntu, by the way.

Rhythmbox handles weird characters in song titles fine, for comparison.
