SQL injection vulnerabilities

I have just recently noticed that some security sites have picked up on bit of lazy coding on my half. Recent versions of Ripe does not include water tight form validation which runs the risk of some script being posted into some forms. This could be a bit of a problem because someone could get your website information or deface a Ripe website etc.
