Multiple enhancements/cleanups:
- request UTF-8 CDDB
- don't forcefully cleanup filenames
- use oggenc -G flag for "genre"
- don't fill-in empty metadata
- use perl array rather than quoting to safely pass parameters
- don't allow "/" inside filename (sometime provided by CDDB)
- use perl file built-ins (rmdir / rm / touch) instead of subshells
- use IPC::Run to do piping in a proper way.

I strongly hope this software has not been abandoned.
