#2 escaping and rcfile

I first tried mailing this patch to the email address
listed on the homepage 5months ago in March, with no
word on whether it was received. I'm guessing that the
school address given is no longer monitored. Below is a
summary of that email and this patch:

First let me thank you for such a great program. I've
been using Rip since I first moved to Linux and I think
it's great.

Today though, I tried to rip my copy of "Sgt. Pepper's
Lonely Hearts Club Band" to ogg and the program died on
me. I found several bugs and places for enhancement,
(escaping of single quotes in non-song fields for ogg
tags, stripping carriage return from album returned by
cddb, allowing backslashed spaces in default command
line in rc-file) and included is a patch of my changes.
