#1 Cursor Timing Issue

The playback cursor does not synch consistently with the timeline. With a single clip loaded, it seems that if you start the cursor well before the clip, then hit play, it is in synch. However, if you start the cursor on top of the clip (or possibly even a little before), the cursor seems a little ahead of the timeline.
