RIMPS 3 Development

We've created a branch for RIMPS 3 development. This branch will merge changes from RIMPS 1 and RIMPS 2 plus any new features.

To sync your working copy, simply "cvs update -r RIMPS_3-branch" and have fun ;)

RIMPS 1 will remain the default until RIMPS 3 is stable enough for general consumption.
