#25 Filter by bitrate is missing

In version 3.0b3 the filter editor does not include a
selection to filter by bitrate.

I hacked in the changes locally but would expect others
could benefit.

Since my upload bandwitdth is limited to 256Kbps and I
have several hundred mp3's with a bitrate over 300kbps
I need to ensure that I can filter out those that won't
play correctly.

RIMPS is an outstanding program! It helps me greatly
to be able to play my numerous mp3's at the office when
the files reside at home.
