#1 incomplete support for sub folders

incomplete support for sub folders:
I'm trying to sync sub folders but it
seems that rimap does not creat directories
(and thus silently fail after transfering)
and so to make it work I would need to create
an Inbox directory, but then how do I download
the 'Inbox' folder itself ?
I was trying to download:
'Inbox/MiscSave'
(I also tried 'Inbox\\MiscSave' but that
was empty/not recognized by the server)

(I suppose that the workaround is for me
to flatten my folders, or make sure folders
which contain other folders don't contain
messages ? but that seems limiting ? maybe
one way to solve this would be :
- auto creat directories as needed
- use an extension for folders .mbox ? (or directories
.dir ?) or ?
