First (alpha) release of Rijndog

The first (alpha) release of Rijndog was made today (Dec. 5, 2001). Rijndog is a file encryption program with the dual goals of high security and ease of use. It makes use of the Rijndael (AES) algorithm. Although it's not nearly finished, it is in a useable state.
