Code (old) Merge Request #1: New FPS counter & memory-usage panel overlays (open)

My first patch :)
OgreDebugPanel.overlay replaced with 2 new overlays:
gui_fps_counter.overlay, toggled by EV_COMMON_TOGGLE_FPS_COUNTER, EXPL+F
gui_memory_usage_panel.overlay, toggled by EV_COMMON_TOGGLE_STATS, EXPL+ALT+F
Added textures, materials and new font.

Please cancel the request, the patch has flaws which need to be fixed
