[Rideplot-devel] Photo mapping syncing

I don't know how many noticed, but I incorporated into the CVS an option
to plot where photos were taken with a digital camera by syncing the
timestamp with the tracklog. 

It's uses the exif information in the photo to extract when the photo
was taken.
