#9 Can't type

I have a couple of people that tell me they can't click,
[paste, or type in the main text window. I don't have
that problem from my PC so I'm kind of stumped.

Can you supply more details (platform, etc, especially what
version of IE they have, the RTE only works in IE5.5 and
above, could this be the problem?
