#11 RiboPicker - SILVA databank (SSU Parc)

Hi,

I would like to use the SILVA databank with RiboPicker but I have a problem with the SSU Parc databank. I used your tool formatSilvaData.pl then bwa64. Everything is correct for SSU Ref, LSU Ref and LSU Parc databanks but with the SSU Parc databank, I have this problem :

bwa64 index -p ssu115 ssu115.fasta
[bwa_index] Pack FASTA... 47.51 sec
[bwa_index] Reverse the packed sequence... 13.85 sec
[bwa_index] Construct BWT for the packed sequence...
Segmentation fault

Have you got an idea ?
