#10 File stuck at 99% done

Hello,
I have been running Ribopicker on quite a few files with great success through the online version. Occassionally though I have a file that gets stuck at 99% done, such as one I analysed on 02/08/13. It still says 99% done today on 06/08/13. Is this normal and will it ever finish or should I just rerun this file and any others that remain at 99% done after 24 hrs or more? I don't want to slam your server, but I also think if its stuck this long it must have failed?
