It can broadcast to lan

So, the project has a greatful breakthrough!

Project Rheeve has announced new release of System developer edition "Rheeve S0.1" for downloading. Notice: This release is reporting the progress of the development. The project still have no end-user edition for downloading.

I have posted abstract of the project so that it is easy to know what the project is doing.

the referece used and problem issue posted in doc section. More documentation is preparing.

Rheeve has just finished the part that peers start up and find other in three ways
1. Find peers in PeerListServer
2. Find peers in LAN by broadcasting
3. Find peers from previous session

Although it seem in a lowest level core, it developed very fast and will continue to reach its own vision.

I have developed a stable package but not finish all the core, so application developer must be patient. If you want to help me or you have vision in peer-to-peer, wait to Friday, I will announce much better documentation in design.

I have put my new release in this web and it support peer Platfrom download list of peers from the web.

The file released which can be a first step to build a peer-to-peer platform. Now peer can download the peer list from a server using XML format via HTTP
