Hi Pavel :),
>glad to hear about that project. I made translation of ReZound into Czech, also I would like to see this possibility to see it released together with ReZund qt.
I think release is still a bit far away. The patch just makes the qt4 branch build again, which is in the svn trunk on this sourceforge project.
David has wisely left many TODO notes in the QT4_TODO file, maybe he can add some comments here?
Regarding translations there are two possibilities (1) keep the gettext - po system and make it work with qt ui files (I found some python tools that might help here) or (2) migrate to qt linguist - ts system and convert the existing po files to ts (there are also tools for this).
I'm not a fan of linguist at all, but maybe it better integrates and causes less pain after all, I don't know.
If I understand David's TODO notes correctly, the order of things to do would be:
- Cleanup of the autotools stuff
- Decide where to install icons and setup autotools / paths correspondingly OR convert them to xpm and compile them into the code ?

I don't think this needs to be moved elsewhere, I did not add anything, and all is David's code so far, and it would just need some added contributors to the current project, maybe he can at least find the time to observe and control things a bit in the future?
Yes I could send you a screenshot, will do. So far I edited and converted a soundfile with it, seems to work.
