I've heard of this happening to one or two people, but I
have never been able to reproduce it. All I can say to do
is try another version of FOX. (Something from the stable
    release perhaps).

I'm in the process of re-writing the entire frontend in Qt,
so it shouldn't be a problem after I'm finished.

    Hello ddurham,

Well, I have the same problem. I'm just trying Rezound in
Ubuntu and I found it excellent; but this bug is very
annoying: after a preliminary editing is not possible to
continue working without saving and reopenning the file
again, and again, etc.(loosing the "undo" function).

Can you explain what is "FOX" and how to get another version?

Thank you very much in advance.

The source for FOX can be obtained at http://fox-toolkit.org

It looks as though they've just gone to 1.6.x .. and that
changes the library name.. so rezound would not be able to
find a library called libfox-1.6.. Hence you'll have to go
    with a 1.5 release. I current have 1.5.7 installled:

    ftp://ftp.fox-toolkit.org/pub/fox-1.5.7.tar.gz

    Hello ddurham,

I just installed 'fox-1.5.7.tar.gz' and that doesn't solve
the problem, because what we need is the libfox1.5.7 apparently.

Do tou kown where to find it? I tried Google and is not there.

I tried to install libfox1.4, but it needs to change many
'libs', some of them unstables according to Debian. And
according to another bug report in this site this version
creates another problem in Rezound too. Any other solution?
