#2 Error/Encryption

Have two, probably related problems with rexxwrapper.
If I specify the encryption option, when I try to execute the resulting program, I get
Error (-3) decompressing program code
So I assume I'm missing something on this system
I cannot successfully execute /usr/bin/rexxwrapper When I try to execute that I get:
Error from Rexx interpreter: 30
So I have been using "rexx /usr/share/rexxwrapper/rexxwrap.cmd"
I'm guessing that the /usr/bin/rexxwrap is a "wrapped/encrypted" version of rexxwrap.cmd and I may not be able to execute it for the same reason that I cannot execute an encrypted validate program.

Any suggestions?
(This is rexxwrapper 2.4 running on a Linux RHEL 5.4 system )
