#23 Rexxsql testing error

I have just installed the latest versions of Regina and rexxsql (regina 3.5 and rxsql26B3_my_w32_ooRexx) but when i try to test the simple.cmd program I get the message that the applications cannot be started because rexx.dll is not found. The system path is correct and I have tested it in
Windows 7 and Xp
