#17 RexxSQL Fails Using Quercus Personal Rexx

I attempted to use RexxSQL with Quercus Personal Rexx 3.5 using the exact same Rexx program that works with Open Object Rexx, but it fails. The RXFuncAdd works, and the SQLLoadFuncs call returns a 0. But the call to SQLConnect Fails with:

Failure in system service.
WRX500: REXX return code -48
