running whole program with rexx.exe replaced by rexxsql.exe
when calling external procedure oracle (SQLStream) from within oodialog (4.2) method - line 1110 in rxpack.c (if ( GlobalData->RxRunFlags & MODE_VERBOSE ) ) - globaldata is set to 0
when called from anywhere else its working fine
