#1 Can rxcurses e enhanced to support curses panels, menus and forms?

I would love to use curses panels in particular, on Windows 10-64 from oorexx V5. Menus and forms would be a bonus.

I would consider switching to Regina rexx if that is what it would take.

Is the current incarnation of rxcurses compatible with pdcurses 3.9 (latest release)?
