Migrating FTP functions from OS/2 to Windows

    I maintain a website (http://fanac.org) using a number of Rexx programs that run under OS/2 Warp 4.52 that I need to migrate to Windows because I have been unable to get OS/2 to work with broadband.  Are there any examples available of using RexxCurl to upload/download files, download directories from a server, and to issue commands to a server such as del, rename, etc.?  My OS/2 programs use OS/2's Rexx FTP API but there appears to no such support for FTP available for Regina Rexx under Windows.

      this is sample code for an upload:

      curl = CurlInit()
      Call CurlSetopt curl, 'INFILE', file
      Call CurlSetopt curl, 'UPLOAD', 'Y'
      Call CurlSetopt curl, 'URL', url
      Call CurlSetopt curl, 'USERPWD', user':'password
      Call CurlPerform curl
      if curlerror.curlcode \= 0 Then do
          say curlerror.curlcode '-' curlerror.curlerrm
      Call CurlCLeanup curl
