    select A.id,count(*) from (select A.id from A)
    group by  A.id

Fails with error "identifier a refers to unknown table or alias"
Same origin … and as difficult to treat

    this fails:

    select A.id,count(*) from (select A.id from A)

this is manual workaround, add alias for the subselect

    select A.id,count(*) from (select A.id from A) a

    for

    select A.id,count(*) from (select A.id from A)
    group by A.id

It doesn't work with revj, because RDBMS refuses this syntax …

The only syntax supported in SQL is

    select id,count(*) from (select A.id from A)
    group by id

without alias for subselect nor projection cols:
    Here is the Bug.

    Sorry for the time spent
