Pre-alpha code!

The code is released! It's only pre-alpha, and a lot of the proposed features aren't fully implemented, but I've put it up anyway due to popular demand and interest about the GUI. A save/import function is obviously at the top of my mind, realistically this should be working around mid/late December, when I'm hoping v0.2 will come out. Any feedback on v0.0 is very welcome, along with bug reports.

A note on version systems; 0.XY. X and Y can be any positive integer - if X is even, the version is stable; if it's odd, the version is unstable. A change in Y represents a relatively insignificant change...basically no drastic improvements on the architecture.

All the documentation should be up in the next day or so. I've written it all & have the images, but just need to figure out how to post it on here...
