Plus tons of fixes and polishes.

Many new features are on the trunk:
- Support for Perforce, Mercurial and local paths. (Git, cvs and teamware is planned)
- Python 2.5 and 2.6 is currently supported
- using the shared resources instead of copying it every time to the output directory
- name resolution
- configuration file
- option for removing the review tools like comments and reports.
- etc. (no docs yet)

The Project web page (http://reviewpages.sourceforge.net) were updated with the Test pages (http://reviewpages.sourceforge.net/webrev/index.xhtml) link. It shows how may look your review pages.

The "what's done" message will be shown by default from now.

The project is going to be beta soon!
Latest changes include:
* Using text editor for adding comments and information about the author (name, email);
* Print-safe main page;
* Removed self-linking buttons on the diff pages (no more UDIFF link on the UDIFF page);
* Added support of SVN_EDITOR and EDITOR environment variable (-q option turns off using the editor).
Russian manual is 85% complete. Hope to finish it this week and then will add it to the repository. After that will translate it to English.
The plan is to write an article on the RSDN.ru forum (at least) and start the PR campaign. Woo-hoo.
