#6 Better page titles

Right now, the <title> of every ReviewMonk page is "ReviewMonk on $HOSTNAME".

It would be much more useful to me if it showed the filename (complete path, or just file). For example, "ReviewMonk@hostname - /project/folder/file".

Of course, that gets long really fast, which is unfortunate. Ideas? Remove "Reviewmonk@host"?
