#3 Update Personal Information for end users

Say you have retrieve user data to only get the data
once and later people change the data from LDAP. Some
admin has to go into the user preferences and delete
the preference so the user information gets updated.
It would be nice for the end-user to click on an update
link next to the user fields to check for changes in
LDAP data. Now, the reason to not set the retrieve
user data plugin to always check on login is more
overhead is put on the web and ldap server.
