RA encoding isnt really supported. The only codec that FFMPEG currently offers for encoding into a RA wrapper is AC3 and the results dont seem to play with Real's player.
RetroCode totally relies on FFMPEG for this matter, and currently it seems that FFMPEG doesnt support RA encoding in a usable way.
