[resxml-devel] CSS in the HTML output

So far I think we're assuming the HTML resume would be presented on
web page, where an external CSS link is the Right Thing.

In the case where you're sending the HTML output to a prospective
employer, you probably don't want to send them an accompanying CSS
file.  That is way too brittle.  Maybe there should be an option to
include the CSS directly instead of importing it?
