RFLP planner in Perl, using Bioperl modules

This Perl program uses some modules of Bioperl to find the differences in homologue DNA sequences. It then finds all the restriction enzymes that cut each sequence in this site of interest and draws images of a gel- electrophoresis simulation (GD Library). The program is designed to plan a RFLP experiment.
Input is expected to be some DNA sequences. Output are a list of enzymes that cut this sequences in an unique way, the resulting DNA fragments and for each sequence a gel- electrophoresis image simulation with the fragments generated from the listed enzymes. The images help to chose the restriction enzymes that produce the nicest polymorphisms in the 'real-life' experiments.
