[Resteasy-users] Issues updating from 3.0.6 to 3.0.9 and Tomcat 8

I updated my RestEasy libraries from 3.0.6 to 3.0.9 on Tomcat 8
and I get the error
failed to execute
javax.ws.rs.NotFoundException: Could not find resource for full path: http://<host>/archive/modules/0.3.1

where my web.xml file looks like
