Yeah.  I have not been able to get Resteasy 3 working with Spring 4.  When
I bump down to Spring 3.2.6, everything works perfectly.  I haven't really
done that much investigation, but I don't see any exceptions or log
messages.  The only symptom is that the Resteasy services don't seem to be
getting identified; when you visit the URL of the resource, nothing gets
returned.  Lemme slap together a sample project that demonstrates the
behavior.
